Radon Gas Test–52-60 Hour Test

We conduct a 52-60 hour test of your home for radon gas.

Radon gas is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers in the U.S.  We will utilize our state-of-the art four-chamber passive diffusion device, which uses alpha spectrometry to precisely calculate the radon level vs. manual DIY tests. The instrument is calibrated to reference instruments in accredited laboratories and is AARST-NRPP and NRSB certified.  Tests will be performed by AARST-licensed personnel.

Based on your direction, we will perform a test in either:

  1. The lowest lived-in level of your home; or
  2. The lowest livable level of your home if you are testing prior to listing your home for sale or want added “peace of mind” that all levels of your home are under the U.S. EPA’s recommended limit of radon.
What they've said about us
Now our grandchildren can play down there without us having to worry about radon affecting their health.
Louise S.
I always wondered if there was any radon gas in my basement. With just how much my son is down there, I was worried that if there was it may be causing him harm. I was relieved to know this wasn't an issue.
